As of November 1st, 2025, any facility in Oklahoma offering services for Alzheimer’s and/or dementia in a special care unit shall provide the Alzheimer Dementia Disclosure Act to any person or representative of said person who is considering placement.
The current designee of Ardmore Village “The Lodge Assisted Living & Memory Care” is the Administrator. Should there not be an Administrator in place the ED, Chief Executive Officer will be the designee in their absence.
